Новостей немного. Вес - 100.1 кг (учитывая, что только в начале этой недели я сообразил, что измерять надо в одно и то же время дня, вес в прошлую пятницу идет в низачот. Думаю, особых изменений веса пока нет). Фотки - под катом:




Разницы пока не видно, но и рано о ней говорить.

but i am telling you
start small
have a big lunch around 4 -5 and you would be surprised how long it can hold you
it's just my 2cents :)))

Having a big lunch is not a very good idea either - it's a common place that having 2 small meals is better than one that is large. Ask any nutritionist, you'll get the 5-6 meals a day mantra. But hey, I appreciate your concern :).

But hey, look at this. Some people go to bed at 9 pm, some (like I do) at midnight or even later. Does it make sense that both kinds should stop eating at 6 PM, meaning some will not eat for 3 hours before sleep, others - for 6 hours?

This advice indeed works due to the fact that most people who are unaware of what where and how they eat usually miss all the meals they can during the day, only to devour anything they can grab at late into the night, since by that time they're as hungry as can be. By making them stop eating at 6 PM, you force them to have an orderly meal at some point during the day. It's a psychological trick, has no physiological justification. But hey, don't take my word for it: just consider what this page says and see whether it makes sense:
